About Dr. Alicia Souza, EdD
Dr. Alicia Souza, EdD, is an accomplished researcher, scholar, and Approved University Dissertation Editor dedicated to helping graduate students cross the doctoral finish line with clarity and confidence. She served as a Research Assistant and Associate Editor for the Journal of Transformative Leadership and Policy Studies in the Doctorate of Educational Leadership Program at California State University, Sacramento, while earning her Doctoral degree with distinction in May 2020.
Her academic research focused on gender equity in education, Title IX, humanizing college and university leadership practices, bystander intervention, and campus diversity.
